How To Differentiate a Termite From an Ant

• A temite waist is fat, whereas an ant waste is thin.
• Termite wings entend as much as twice the length of the body, whereas ant wings just cover the body.
• Termite antenae are straight, wheras ant antenae are elbowed, (bent).
• Ants have noticeably larger wings in the front than the back. Termites also have two sets of wings, but their wings are equal in size

A wood inspection report, or Real Estate Inspection Report, is required by most lending institutions, before approval of purchase or refinancing loans. If the inspection is positive, the lending institution will likely require the seller to repair the structural damage, and to pay a licensed termite extermination company to eradicate the termite infestation. , and structural damage repair.
