How To Differentiate a Termite From an Ant

  • A temite waist is fat, whereas an ant waste is thin.
  • Termite wings entend as much as twice the length of the body, whereas ant wings just cover the body.
  • Termite antenae are straight, wheras ant antenae are elbowed, (bent).
  • Ants have noticeably larger wings in the front than the back. Termites also have two sets of wings, but their wings are equal in size

A wood inspection report, or Real Estate Inspection Report, is required by most lending institutions, before approval of purchase or refinancing loans.
